How much does an AI chatbot cost?

How is an AI receptionist different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions and captures leads. An AI receptionist goes further — it answers, qualifies the enquiry and books the appointment straight into your calendar and CRM, around the clock. Because it does more, it's priced separately: A$130/month plus a one-off A$450 setup.
What if I want both, or several services?
Your monthly fees simply add up (A$75 + A$130 = A$205/month), but you never pay a full setup twice. You pay the highest setup once, then half of each extra fixed setup — so the A$450 receptionist setup plus half of the A$300 chatbot setup makes A$600, not A$750.
What's included in the setup fee?
The one-off setup covers building and configuring your bot, connecting it to the tools you already use (calendar, CRM, website, WhatsApp), testing it on real scenarios, and a short training handover. Hosting is included, so the monthly fee is all you pay after launch.

Do I own everything, and is there any lock-in?
