Workflow, CRM, Document AI and Invoice Processing are scoped to your business; tick any and we'll fold them into one fixed quote alongside your monthly plan. Custom workflows are scoped to a fixed, no-obligation quote, indicatively from $800 on cloud for a single workflow (around $1,500 for two).
Own the assistant is a separate lane. VPS Setup is $750 one-off. n8n Host is from $2,400 with starter workflows included, or $750 when VPS Setup is also ticked. AI Assistants and Odysseus are $2,400 setup each. Stack care is $450/month once, even if you take both. Those setup fees are added in full.

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

How is an AI receptionist different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions and captures leads. An AI receptionist goes further, it answers, qualifies the enquiry and books the appointment straight into your calendar and CRM, around the clock. Because it does more, it's priced separately: $130/month plus a one-off $450 setup.
What if I want both, or several services?
Your monthly fees simply add up ($75 + $130 = $205/month), but you never pay a full setup twice. You pay the highest setup once, then half of each extra fixed setup, so the $450 receptionist setup plus half of the $300 chatbot setup makes $600, not $750.
What's included in the setup fee?
The one-off setup covers building and configuring your bot, connecting it to the tools you already use (calendar, CRM, website, WhatsApp), testing it on real scenarios, and a short training handover. Hosting is included, so the monthly fee is all you pay after launch.
Can I get a one-off build without a monthly plan?

What does VPS setup cost?
